Calendula: Calendula Officinalis

 This brightly flowering herb was originally used medicinally in Egypt. It stimulates blood circulation, neutralizes excess heat and encourages regeneration of skin cells. It is used externally for skin dryness, itching, rashes, burns, bruises, bleeding and to stop the growth of harmful bacteria.
